Enterocutaneous fistula treated with a fasciocutaneous turnover flap.
Annals of Plastic Surgery 2002 May
A new surgical repair of enterocutaneous fistula associated with abdominal wound defects is presented. The method is a risk-free extraperitoneal approach that can be performed using local anesthesia.
