PURPOSE: Dynamic chest radiography (DCR) is a novel imaging technique used to noninvasively evaluate pulmonary perfusion. However, the standard DCR protocol, which is roughly adapted to the patient's body size, occasionally causes over- or underexposure, which could influence clinical evaluation.
