A 76-year-old woman was admitted to the authors' hospital with pulmonary edema five months after the successful implantation of a Perceval sutureless aortic valve (Sorin Group Srl, Saluggia, Italy). Both echocardiography and computed tomography scanning demonstrated migration of the aortic valve into the left ventricle, causing severe aortic and mitral (secondary) insufficiency.
