An 85-year-old man was admitted with dysarthria. Electrocardiography showed atrial fibrillation and prominent ST-segment elevation in V2 -V6 . Multiple acute cerebral infarctions were observed in brain images. Coronary angiography showed total occlusion of the mid left anterior descending artery.
