Thymoglobulin (Thymoglobulin®; Genzyme, Cambridge, Mass., USA) is a polyclonal antibody which has been used in the field of transplantation over the last four decades. With an initial hesitancy, it is widely used now in the prevention and treatment of rejection following renal transplantation.
