The female orgasm represents one of the most complex functions in the field of human sexuality. The conjunction of the anatomical, physiological, psycho-relational and socio-cultural components contributes to make the female orgasm still partly unclear. The female orgasmic experience, its correlates and the relation with sexual desire, arousal and lubrication as predictors are highly debated in scientific community. In this context, little is known about the impact of female sexual dysfunction (SD) on sexual pleasure expressed by subjective orgasmic intensity, and there are no suitable psychometric tools suited to investigate this dimension...

OBJECTIVES: To perform a pilot study using transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) on the dorsal genital nerve and the posterior tibial nerve for improving symptoms of female sexual dysfunction (FSD) in women without bladder problems. We hypothesize that this therapy will be effective at improving genital arousal deficits. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Nine women with general FSD completed the study. Subjects received 12 sessions of transcutaneous dorsal genital nerve stimulation (DGNS; n = 6) or posterior tibial nerve stimulation (PTNS; n = 3)...

Adam Ostrzenski
BACKGROUND: Ostrzenski's G-pot anatomical structure discovery has been verified by the anatomy, histology, MRI in vivo, and electrovaginography in vivo studies. The objectives of this scientific-clinical investigation were to develop a new surgical reconstructive intervention (G-spotplasty); to determine the ability of G-spotplasty surgical implementation; to observe for potential complications; and to gather initial information on whether G-spotplasty improves female sexual activity, sexual behaviors, and sexual concerns...
