Flexor tenosynovitis caused by Mycobacterium bovis: a case report.

A case of flexor tenosynovitis caused by Mycobacterium bovis is presented. Since the incidence of Mycobacterium bovis infections are very rare in humans, clinical suspicion is important for diagnosis. The treatment is a combination of chemotherapy and surgical debridement.
