[Myoepithelial carcinoma of the nasopharynx. Case report and review of the literature].

Minor salivary gland neoplasms are extremely rare in the nasopharynx. We herein report a case of a 68-year-old man with a rapidly expanding myoepithelial carcinoma of the nasopharynx. The classification of this carcinoma as well as the difficulty in effective treatment are discussed A review of the literature is given.
