Prompt diagnosis and treatment are essential to achieve optimal maternal-fetal outcomes. Collaboration between critical-care and perinatal nursing staffs is a crucial component of managing patient care. A recent case of acute fatty liver of pregnancy is reported. A team approach resulted in the survival of the patient and the delivery of healthy twins.
