[Characteristics of the clinical picture and neurological examination in combined craniocerebral injury against a background of shock].

The authors have performed an analysis of the clinical picture of the associated cranio-cerebral trauma accompanied by shock in 181 patients. It has been shown that of the greatest diagnostic significance in the period of shock is the assessment of the patient's consciousness, hemodynamics and respiration, the external symptoms of the injury of the brain and skull, investigation of the eye symptoms, motor disturbances, pathological pyramid symptoms.
