As is propposed in the review, Yes..
For example, eat breakfast at 8am, then snack at 11am and lunch at 2pm, and then starts the fasting time untill 8am of the next day... "6hr feeding period vs 18hr fasting period"

I read, but not sure of the biography, while the fast intermittent we can drink green te, black coffe obviously it’s important not use sugar cream or anything else with calories, the importance it’s stimulate lipolisys.
