Sinus impulse-triggered firing within the superior vena cava as an unusual cause of atrial bigeminy.

We report a 60-year-old woman who exhibited atrial bigeminy induced by an unusual mechanism; sinus-triggered firing within superior vena cava (SVC). The patient underwent catheter ablation for frequent episodes of premature atrial beat (APB) and paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.
