Several fertility restoration options are not feasible for some cancer patients, poor responders, and patients with premature ovarian failure who have diminished ovarian reserve. In order to preserve and restore fertility in such patients, new strategies should be offered including artificial human ovary technology. In this mini-review, we explore from bench to bedside the current developments and future possibilities of artificial human ovary technology to restore fertility.
