Effect of Planned Teaching Programme Regarding Menstrual Hygiene among Teenage School-going Girls in a Selected School in Guwahati (Assam).

Considering low level of knowledge of teenage girls regarding menstrual hygiene, the present study sought to assess the same among 30 girls of various age groups. The comparison of pre-test and post-test parameters showed significant improvement after administering structured teaching programme. Thus, it can be concluded that structured teaching is effective in increasing menstrual knowledge of teenage girls.
