[A girl with brown skin abnormalities of the neck].

A 12-year-old girl visited the dermatologist with asymptomatic brown skin abnormalities of the neck and the umbilicus. Dermatologic examination showed multiple reticulate brown patches at both sites. All dermal abnormalities disappeared after firm wiping with 70% isopropyl alcohol, revealing the diagnosis 'pheoderma'.
