Transient femoral neuropathy after abdominoplasty

Femoral nerve injury is a rare complication of abdominal and pelvic surgery. Although it has been described after a variety of operative procedures, this article describes what may be the first reported occurrence of femoral neuropathy after abdominoplasty.
