BACKGROUND: The prevalence of idiopathic intracranial hypertension is increased in overweight children and adolescents.
CASE REPORT: In a fifteen-year old, extremely obese adolescent with a history of headache and diplopia treatment with acetazolamide resulted in relief of the neurological symptoms.
