Pulsatile pseudo-proptosis, aortic regurgitation and 31 eponyms.

Aortic regurgitation is associated with numerous eponymous signs. We report the case of a patient with this condition who presented with a previously unidentified sign, namely pulsatile pseudo-proptosis. Furthermore, we place this in context by listing and describing to the best of our knowledge the largest all-inclusive series to-date of named signs.
