Posttraumatic acute bilateral abducens nerve palsy in a child.
INTRODUCTION: Acute bilateral abducens nerve palsy after traumatic clivus epidural haematoma is a rare condition in trauma patients.
CASE REPORT: In this report, we present a case with this rare neurological complication of head trauma and discuss the possible mechanisms for abducens nerve palsy and clival epidural haematoma.
