A 16-year-old black female presented with a 4-month history of significant proptosis and diplopia in the setting of diagnosed Graves disease. The patient underwent 8 infusions of teprotumumab. She had migraines and diplopia that were resolved with treatment. There was also a dramatic improvement in her proptosis.
