STUDY DESIGN: Case report. INTRODUCTION: Radial nerve injury can cause severe functional impairment due to paralysis of wrist and digit extensors. Various orthotic designs have been described, including static, dynamic, and tenodesis. All provide wrist stabilization or extension assistance.
