We conducted a phase I trial in newly diagnosed acute myeloid leukaemia (AML) to investigate the combination of two novel targeted agents, gemtuzumab ozogamicin (GO) and midostaurin, with intensive chemotherapy in FLT3-mutated AML and CBF leukaemia.
