OBJECTIVE: Myelofibrosis (MF) is a chronic myeloproliferative neoplasm (CMPN) characterized by clonal proliferation of the pluripotent hematopoietic germinal cell, fibrosis, and bone marrow angiogenesis, and with extra medullary hematopoiesis.
