The gelation kinetics of four β-hairpin oligopeptides that have been designed to exhibit responsive behavior to changes in environmental conditions, such as pH, ionic strength and temperature, are characterized using multiple particle tracking microrheology and circular dichroism (CD) spectroscopy.
