A new facile route was reported to use the natural triterpene quillaja saponin (QS)-stabilized orange emulsions as template for the development of flavor oil powders and oleogels achieved by tunable oil fraction and drying mode. A fibrosis network interfacial film from self-assembly of QS at the oil-water interface possibility contributed to the fabrication of stable emulsion precursors, and subsequent oil powder and oleogels by packing oil droplets in the network structure. In the present work, a facile method to prepare translucent anatase thin films on cellulose acetate monolithic (CAM) structures was developed. A simple sol-gel method was applied to synthesize photoactive TiO2 anatase nanoparticles using tetra-n-butyl titanium as precursor. The immobilization of the photocatalyst on CAM structures was performed by a simple dip-coating method. The translucent anatase thin films allow the UV light penetration through the CAM internal walls. We analyzed the development of the pancreatic ducts in grass snake Natrix natrix L. embryos with special focus on the three-dimensional (3D)-structure of the duct network, ultrastructural differentiation of ducts with attention to cell types and lumen formation.
