Tendinopathy is a complex tendon injury or pathology outcome, potentially leading to permanent impairment. Low-intensity pulsed ultrasound (LIPUS) is emerging as a treatment modality for tendon disorders. However, the optimal treatment duration and its effect on tendons remain unclear.
