Large B-cell lymphoma (LBCL) carrying MYC rearrangement, alone or together with BCL2 and/or BCL6 translocations, have shown a poor prognosis when treated with rituximab plus cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, and prednisone (R-CHOP) in the HIV population.
