This study explored the biological function of S-phase kinase-associated protein 2 (SKP2) and Kruppel-like factor 11 (KLF11) in OA progression and its underlying mechanisms. We investigate the effect of altering the protein expression dynamics of the bHLH transcription factor Her6 at the single-cell level in the embryonic zebrafish telencephalon.
