OBJECTIVE: Primary papillary serous carcinoma (PPSC) of the cervix is rarely recognized, with the aggressive and unpredictable course. Here we report a case of primary adenosquamous papillary serous carcinoma of the cervix in a woman who underwent comprehensive treatment. CASE: A 53-year-old woman presented with irregular vaginal bleeding in hospital.
