This paper presents an innovative cognitive neural network method application in digital image recognition. The following conclusion can be drawn. Each point of the graph is transformed, and the original color of the transformed new coordinates is given to the point. If after all the points have transformed, if there is a point and no point has converted to this point, the point is not given a color. Then this point will form a hole or a stripe, and the color is the color of the point initialization. The innovative method can effectively separate the digital image recognition signal from the mixed signal and maintain the waveform of the source signal with high accuracy, thus laying the foundation for the next step of recognition...

A large number of empirical studies have found evidence that neuroticism is related to personality traits, but no one has integrated the relationship between neuroticism and mental health through meta-analysis. As a personality trait, neuroticism reflects the stable tendency of how individuals experience, feel, evaluate negative emotions and make corresponding behavioural responses. By means of meta-analysis, a preliminary dimension of neuroticism is constructed through an open questionnaire and literature review...

Background: Early inflammatory processes may play an important role in the development of early brain injury (EBI) after subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH). Experimental studies suggest that anti-inflammatory and membrane-stabilizing drugs might have beneficial effects, although the underlying mechanisms are not fully understood. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of early treatment with methylprednisolone and minocycline on cerebral perfusion and EBI after experimental SAH...

Introduction: We investigated differences in the ascending reticular activating system (ARAS) injuries between patients with mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI) and cerebral concussion by using diffusion tensor tractography (DTT). Methods: Thirty-one patients with mTBI, 29 patients with concussion, and 30 control subjects were recruited. We used DTT to reconstruct the lower ventral and dorsal ARAS, and the upper ARAS. The fractional anisotropy (FA) value and the fiber number (FN) of the lower ventral and dorsal ARAS, and the upper ARAS were determined...

Positive emotions refer to emotions accompanied by pleasant feelings, such as happiness, interest, satisfaction, pride, and love, which are generated by individuals in response to internal and external stimuli and events. Positive emotions are conscious processes that involve a variety of components, such as a pleasant experience, facial/body expressions, evaluations, and especially behavioural plans and activation states. People's cognitive process is often accompanied by emotions, and the influence of positive emotions on cognitive activities has gradually become the focus of research in recent years...

Despite the importance of clothing pressure discomfort in the undergarment industry, a reliable unbiased measurement of clothing pressure discomfort has not been well-established. In the present study, we investigate changes in brain wave activity as a potential objective and consistent measuring tool for clothing pressure discomfort. We recorded α wave activity in 5 functional regions (30 channels) of the brain in 10 females with or without a girdle. We determined that α wave power spectrum significantly increases when the girdle is worn compared to when it is not worn, specifically in the parietal and occipital regions...

Computational neuroscience has been widely used in fiber optic sensor signal output. This paper introduces a method for processing the Surface Roughness Fiber Optic Sensor output signals with a radial basis function neural network. The output signal of the sensor and the laser intensity signal as the light source are added to the input of the RBF neural network at the same time, and with the ability of the RBF neural network to approach the non-linear function with arbitrary precision, to achieve the nonlinear compensation of the sensor and reduction of the effect of changes in laser output light intensity at the same time...

Based on Carl Gustav Jung's persona philosophy, this paper conducts theoretical analysis on the introvert and extravert personalities, distinguishes the introvert personality from the psychopathy defined from a medical perspective, and elaborates on the dominance of introvert personality in art creations, as well as the "mental conditions" among artists that the contemporary society is concerned with. This paper uses modern artists as subjects to support the conclusion through analysis of their childhood, career and life stories...

Based on the related research results of the relationship between cognitive neural mechanism and music in recent years. In this paper, we study the relationship between the cognitive neurons and music from the overlapping and separation of brain neuro-mechanism and the significance of functional relationships between the two. Through analysis, it can be seen that the cognitive neural mechanism has a certain influence on music appreciation and learning and the studies on brain-damaged patients show that the two may have separate and independent neural bases...

This paper combines the perceptual aesthetic sentiments with the objective physiological responses of the human brain. By analysing the characteristics of the brain electrical activities in processing of different types of sentiments, this paper uses the specific physiological indicators of the brain to quantify the aesthetic sentiments about clothing. The purpose is to introduce the EEG quantitative analysis method for sentiment perception into the aesthetic field of clothing, and establish a theory of quantifying aesthetic sentiments towards clothing design through the brain electrical physiological responses...

Stroke has become a major disease seriously threating human health due to its high morbidity, mortality and disability. Rehabilitation nursing care for stroke patients has always been a key part of clinical care. The neurological nursing managers should pay high attention to the issue about how to more effectively improve the level of nurses' rehabilitation nursing on stroke patients. Therefore, this paper investigates the current cognition of neurological nurses about stroke knowledge, attitude and behaviour, and then analyses the factors affecting the knowledge, attitude and behaviour of stroke in the nurses, in order to provide better nursing services for stroke patients, and improve their nursing quality...

Neural networks are widely used in the field of cognitive diagnosis. Cognitive diagnosis can diagnose the subjects' knowledge of cognitive attributes according to their responses, so as to obtain the specific cognitive status of the subjects and provide remedial measures. The studies on the convergence of cultural industry and tourism industry are emerging, but the theoretical system needs to be improved. The research on the convergence mechanism between cultural industry and tourism industry can complement each other on the basis of independent theoretical system, which establishes relationship between the two theoretical systems...

Background: Multiple sclerosis (MS) is an inflammatory disease of the CNS, characterized by demyelination, focal inflammatory infiltrates and axonal damage. Oxidative stress has been linked to MS pathology. Previous studies have suggested the involvement of NADPH oxidase 2 (Nox2), an enzyme that catalyzes the reduction of oxygen to produce reactive oxygen species, in the MS pathogenesis. The mechanisms of Nox2 activation on MS are unknown. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Nox2 deletion on experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE) onset and severity, on astrocyte activation as well as on pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokine induction in striatum and motor cortex...

Background: The effects of nobiletin, a plant-derived flavonoid was examined against pentylenetetrazole (PTZ)-induced seizures. The study also aimed to assess whether nobiletin potentiated the effects of antiepileptic drug clonazepam (CZP). Methods: PTZ (92 mg/kg, subcutaneous) was used to induce seizures in mice. Treatment groups (n = 18/group) received nobiletin (12.5, 25, or 50 mg/kg) via oral gavage for 6 consecutive days and 45 min prior to PTZ injection. CZP (0...
