Breast cancer incidence and mortality continue to increase in Africa. In Tanzania, breast cancer is the second leading cause of cancer death for women, and breast cancer incidence and mortality are projected to increase by 80% by 2030. OBJECTIVE: The Ugandan Ministry of Health adopted the Breast Imaging-Reporting and Data System (BI-RADS) as standard of care in 2016. OBJECTIVE: To assess individual- and neighborhood-level sociodemographic factors associating with providers' ordering of non-pharmacologic treatments for patients with low back pain (LBP), specifically physical therapy (PT), image-guided interventions (IGI), and lumbar surgery (LS). METHODS: Our cohort included all patients diagnosed with LBP from 2000-2017 in a state-wide database of all hospitals and ambulatory surgical facilities within Utah.
