DRESS syndrome is an idiosyncratic drug reaction and potentially life-threatening. The authors report a case of this syndrome presenting with fever, rash, mucosal involvement, liver and muscle involvement associated with moxifloxacin treatment.

Gallstone ileus is an uncommon complication of cholelithiasis and occurs when a gallstone migrates through a cholecystoenteric fistula and impacts within the gastrointestinal tract. A 34-year-old G3P1 was referred due to polyhydramnios in the 30th week of pregnancy.
