We are reporting four accounts of rhino-orbital mucormycosis in patients during and after recovery from SARS-CoV-2 infection. The patients were diagnosed and treated for COVID-19 according to the current treatment protocols, following which they presented with sudden proptosis, ophthalmoplegia, and conjunctival injection, confirmed by magnetic resonance imaging and histopathological examination. Suprachoroidal hemorrhage (SH) is a rare complication of scleral-fixated intraocular lens (SFIOL). In this series, we report three cases of sutureless SFIOL who developed SH postoperatively. Details of surgery, treatment, and outcome were analyzed. Two cases had limited SH which resolved with conservative treatment and had optimum visual recovery.
