In Azim S, Nasr C, "Subclinical hypothyroidism: When to treat," Cleve Clin J Med 2019; 86(2):101-110, on page 103, in the section "Subclinical hypothyroidism can resolve or progress," the sentence "The rate of progression to overt hypothyroidism is estimated to be 33% to 35% over 10 to 20 years of follow-up" contained an error. The correct rate of progression is 33% to 55%. This error has been corrected online.

Although some suggest anti-Xa assays should be the preferred method for monitoring intravenous unfractionated heparin therapy, which method is best is unknown owing to the lack of large randomized controlled trials correlating different assays with clinical outcomes. This article provides an overview of heparin monitoring and the pros, cons, and clinical applications of anti-Xa assays.

REVIEW
Zachary McKee, Dennis H Auckley
Up to two-thirds of patients who have had a stroke have obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) afterward. These patients have worse outcomes than those without OSA in terms of short-term morbidity, functional and cognitive recovery, and mortality rates over the long term. Following a stroke, identifying OSA and treating it with positive airway pressure, if possible, are important clinical goals.

REVIEW
Amy Porter, Johanna Goldfarb
Although a safe and effective vaccine has been available for over 6 decades, vaccine hesitancy in the United States and social and political unrest globally have led to undervaccination. As a result, in recent months, vaccine control of measles has been threatened with an alarming upswing in measles cases nationally and internationally. Here, we review the disease and its management in view of recent outbreaks.

REVIEW
Gautam Mankaney, Richard Andrew Sutton, Carol A Burke
Colorectal cancer, the second most common type of cancer and cause of cancer-related deaths in the United States, can largely be prevented by screening. The 2 most used methods in the United States are colonoscopy and fecal immunochemical testing (FIT). FIT is noninvasive but must be done yearly for optimal performance and, if positive, must be followed by colonoscopy. Colonoscopy is invasive, operator-dependent, and more expensive, but it can detect and remove polyps during the same procedure. The choice of test depends on patient preference, family history, and the likelihood of compliance...
