Myxoma is a rare variety of benign tumors of the jaw, whose origin is embryonic mesenchymal dental follicle. Clinical and radiological manifestations are variable and non-specific and can lend confusion with other lesions. Orthodontic treatment without dental extraction consisted after tonsillectomy in retraction of anterior teeth in the diastema spaces.
