Stay interviews can strengthen employee engagement and increase retention. This quality improvement project aimed to determine nurses' motivations for staying on their current unit by conducting peer-led stay interviews. Participants responded positively to the stay interview process.

As cases of type 1 diabetes mellitus (T1DM) increase, so do their impact on sibling relationships. This literature review of four databases from 2010 to 2024 discusses findings from five studies and the themes that emerged: education needs and family functioning. Improvements in family-centered care and education are needed for siblings of children with T1DM.

The Emergency Severity Index (ESI) is the most popular tool used to triage patients in the US and abroad. Evidence has shown that ESI has its limitations in correctly assigning acuity. To address this, AI can be incorporated into the triage process, decreasing the likelihood of assigning an incorrect ESI level.

To help improve nurses' daily self-care, nurses need diverse tools and interventions, such as peer support through text messaging (TM). This article evaluates the benefits of TM and strategies to use TM in providing effective peer support among nurses.
