Pheochromocytoma is a very rare neuroendocrine tumor usually located in one or both adrenal glands with an incidence of about 4 per 1,000,000 and about 1000 diagnosed per year. Pheochromocytomas can be located in extra-adrenal locations with about 1% being located in the urinary bladder.(1) We describe the presentation, diagnosis and treatment of one of these extremely rare tumors in the bladder.

We all know that acne vulgaris ' is very common. That is why it is called vulgaris which means common. We are wanting to present however that yeast acne is also common. In fact, yeast may be found on the skin in 75-98% of healthy people. Under particular biological conditions, homeostasis of the skin microbiome fails and growth of the fungi exceeds ideal levels. When this happens, "yeast acne" can occur. We feel that the incidence of yeast acne has been increasing in prevalence in our clinic, especially in young adult males, and so we wrote this paper in order to increase awareness...

Sikel Cell Diseas (SCD) is a genetic blood disorder that disproportionatley affects the African American population. In a heavily rural state like Arkansas, manging SCD in patients requires having an expensive network of physicians willing to treat them. A survey was faxed to 1312 primary care physicians in Arkansas to determine the physician population currently treating and interested in treating patients with SCD. With a 13% response rate, results show that 21.5% of respondents currently rtreat patients with SCD, 32...

Hypertension is a major public health problem in Arkansas. Team-based care (TBC), delivered by health care professionals such as a nurse, dietician, social worker, or community health worker rather than a physician alone, has been shown to improve blood pressure control.

We report on a unique case of a giant, recurrent, supratentorial neurenteric cyst causing intractable eplipsy. Following resection, the patient developed a delayed reactive cerebritis with focal edema and worsened seizures that fully resolved with medical management. At last follow-up, over 18 months later, the patient has no evidence for cyst recurrence and remains seizure-free. we conclude that complete resection of these lesions not only requires fenestration, but also microsurgical stripping of the cyst wall...

Crohn's disease, an inflammatory bowel disease with devastating complications, often requires frequent imaging to detect active disease and its complications. Endoscopy, which is the gold standard for diagnosis, is contraindicated in come patients and has limited role in detecting deep submucosal/mesenteric disease, mid small bowel disease and intra-abdominal complications. Magnetic Resonance Enterography (MRE) has evolved as a complimentary non-invasive, radiation free, high resolution imaging modality in evaluating these patients, with clinical studies haveing shown MRE to help in the diagnosis and follow up of these patients...
