BACKGROUND: This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of biomaterials in bone healing of critical bone defects created by piezoelectric surgery in rats calvaria. MATERIAL AND METHODS: Histomorphological analysis was performed to assess bone regeneration and tissue response.
